Remove an Organization

Delete an organization when you no longer want to keep it.

Goal

Stop all team, project, and token activity under this organization in one action.

Confirm this organization is no longer needed before you continue.

Who should use this

• Organization owners
• Admins closing a client organization

You need

• Permission to delete organizations
• Confirmation that all required project data is migrated or backed up

Steps

1. Go to the organization to remove
2. Go to Organization Settings
3. Select Remove Organization
4. Confirm deletion as required by the UI
5. Confirm final deletion

Result

• The organization no longer appears in your organization list
• Teams and projects inside the organization are no longer accessible

Common issues

• You cannot remove the organization: confirm all required project data is archived first
• Deletion is blocked: confirm you have global delete permission for this organization
• You need to delete dependent resources first: check for active projects, tokens, or integrations
