Add an Organization

Create a new organization for one company, team, or client.

Goal

Set up the organization before creating projects and inviting your team.

Who should use this

  • Founders setting up a first company workspace
  • Teams moving from multiple old setups
  • Consultants managing more than one client organization

You need

  • Permission to create organizations
  • A valid organization name

Steps

  1. Open the organization selector
  2. Select Add Organization
  3. Enter a unique organization name
  4. Save

Result

  • A new organization appears in your organization list
  • You can create projects, invite members, and manage roles there

Common issues

  • You do not see Add Organization: confirm you have enough account permissions
  • The organization name is already taken: choose a unique name
