Fix blank screens and reload flashes
Teams and roles, forms, and credential linking load more reliably.
This release is mostly reliability and polish in the hosted app:
- Missing or invalid browser environment configuration no longer leaves a blank screen.
- Teams and roles, and several forms, show clearer loading states while data is fetched.
- Shared select controls now handle dropdown lists in the app.
- Reloading the link-credentials flow and the homepage no longer briefly shows a 404.
If you hit a white screen after deploy, refresh once. If it keeps happening, contact support with the page URL.
